Recently, I just bought a memory card with free Mcboot on it, and literally the only reason I bought it was because it had Codebreaker on it.

However, whenever I use Codebreaker and try to load a game with cheats on it, it goes to this ulaunchelf, and I have no idea what to do from there.

Is there an easy way to skip or delete this ulaunchelf, or if there isnt, could someone explain to me how to use this ulaunchelf so that I can play games with cheats All I want is to use code breaker to play games with cheats, so if anyone could help me, that would be very much appreciated.

If you wanted to just play games from disc with code breaker, you should have bought a code breaker disc.

You need to dump games to iso file and share them on network or install to internal hard drive to use code breaker via fmcb.
